Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Do Partner Program. By sharing your referral link, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Revenue Share: Partners earn 10% of all gross revenue from purchases made by users who sign up using their unique referral link. This includes monthly subscription fees AND token top-up purchases. Revenue share applies for the first 12 consecutive months from the referred user's signup date, covering all eligible purchases made during this period.
Payment Terms: Payments are processed monthly, within 30 days following the end of each calendar month. Minimum payout is $10 USD. Earnings below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is reached. Payments are made via the payment method specified in your partner dashboard.
Subscription Changes: If a referred user cancels, pauses, or downgrades their subscription, your revenue share will adjust accordingly for that billing period. No revenue share is earned for free trial periods or promotional discounts.
Prohibited Activities: Partners may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, trademark infringement, or any fraudulent activity. Do reserves the right to terminate partnership status and withhold payments for violations of these terms.
Tax Responsibility: Partners are responsible for all applicable taxes on earnings. Do will provide necessary tax documentation as required by law.
Program Changes: Do reserves the right to modify or terminate the Partner Program at any time with 30 days notice. Existing revenue share commitments will be honored for their full 12-month term.
No Guarantees: Earnings potential examples are illustrative only and do not guarantee specific results. Actual earnings depend on the number of referrals, their chosen subscription plans, and subscription retention.
